Take Animi-3 Multivitamin by mouth with or without food, usually once daily or as directed by your doctor. If stomach upset occurs, it may help to take this product with food.

Nausea, stomach upset, diarrhea, or flushing may occur. If any of these effects persist or worsen, tell your doctor or pharmacist promptly.

A very serious allergic reaction to Animi-3 Multivitamin is rare. However, seek immediate medical attention if you notice any symptoms of a serious allergic reaction, including: rash, itching/swelling (especially of the face/tongue/throat), severe dizziness, trouble breathing.

If you miss a dose of Animi-3 Multivitamin, take it as soon as you remember. If it is near the time of the next dose, skip the missed dose and resume your usual dosing schedule. Do not double the dose to catch up.

This product can affect the results of certain lab tests (e.g., intrinsic factor antibodies, certain urobilinogen tests). Make sure laboratory personnel and all your doctors know you use Animi-3 Multivitamin.
