    Losartan is used to treat high blood pressure (hypertension) and to help protect the kidneys from damage due to diabetes.   • Losartan Storage

    Store tablets at room temperature away from light and moisture. Do not store in the bathroom. Keep all medications away from children and pets. Store the suspension in the refrigerator between 36-46 degrees F (2-8 degrees C). Do not freeze. Discard any unused suspension after 4 weeks. Do not flush medications down the toilet or pour them into a drain unless instructed to do so. Properly discard Losartan when it is expired or no longer needed. Consult your pharmacist or local waste disposal company.
