Fenofibrate, niacin ‘largely comparable’ in atherogenic dyslipidemia

Fenofibrate and niacin are “largely comparable” as treatments for patients with hypertriglyceridemia and low levels of high-density lipoprotein (HDL) cholesterol, a randomized trial has found.
