Battle Of The Impotence Drugs Reveals No Clear Winner
By jeremyc | May 20, 2009
A survey which was designed to see which of the three impotence drugs, Viagra, Levitra or Cialis is the most effective has not been 100 percent conclusive. The survey which was undertaken by the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality which is a section of the United States Dept of Health and Human Services was done at the request of the American College of Physicians.
The study was done by analyzing 126 different clinical trials of the respective impotence drugs and four in particular actually compared the drugs Viagra, Cialis and Levitra concurrently. Because all of the drugs are similar in that they are oral phosphodiesterase type 5 inhibitors their effectiveness, safety and side effects are pretty similar which makes the difference between them pretty slight.
If there was any conclusion to be drawn however from this research it was that many men prefer to use Cialis because it lasts for so much longer than its rivals Viagra and Levitra. However the reality is that some men prefer one drug over another and this could be just because they had a good sexual experience with one of them and not with another which was not necessarily related to the drug itself.
