2. Send us your information.
Simply mail the forms back to us, or fax them back to us toll-free at 1-866-783-4223. Please remember to include your valid prescription with the questionnaire and release form.
Approval and Shipping
We will contact you to confirm all orders that we receive by fax or mail. Please allow up to 14 days after receiving a confirmation from our representatives for your medication to be delivered to your home.
Our goal is to get your order processed, shipping and in your hands within 14 days. Occasionally, there may be some delays that are beyond our control. Click here to learn more about delays and how you can help to avoid some of them.
At this time, government regulations limit the quantity of medication we send you to a 3-month supply. If your prescription allows refills, you can order these refills from us every 3 months. You are not required to fill our another questionnaire or release form to order a refill. Once the refills are exhausted, you will be required to submit a new prescription.
We DO NOT ship controlled substances such as amphetamines, benzodiazepines (e.g. Valium), or narcotics such as codeine and morphine.
Due to the sensitive nature of prescription drugs, our contracted licensed pharmacies are unable to accept any returns and as such, all sales are final.
