It is unknown if Tafinlar 75mg passes into breast milk. Because of the possible risk to the infant, breast-feeding is not recommended while using Tafinlar 75mg and for 2 weeks after treatment (or for 4 months after stopping treatment if using Tafinlar 75mg with trametinib). Consult your doctor before breast-feeding.
If you miss a dose of Tafinlar 75mg, take it as soon as you remember. If it is within 6 hours of your next dose, skip the missed dose. Take your next dose at the regular time. Do not double the dose to catch up.
