Shipping Cost

Shipping is free for orders over $100. There is a $7.00 shipping charge for orders under $100. There are absolutely no hidden fees when ordering from Universal Drugstore. All listed prices include all fees associated with the overall fulfillment of your order.

Generally, all orders are shipped via registered mail and will be delivered to you through by your country's respective postal service.

Regular shipping

Once we have all of your order information, your order will be forwarded to processing.
The in-house processing time and the shipping time will vary depending on the source country of your medication.

In our experience, it will take an average of 2 weeks for you to receive your package.

Please note that we have a 30 day shipping guarantee.
If your order does not arrive within 30 days from the date it was shipped, we will offer you the choice of a re-shipment at no additional cost, or a full refund.
