Jamie Winn, PharmD

Jamie Winn, PharmD, is a licensed pharmacist and seasoned medical content reviewer with over 20 years of experience in clinical pharmacy, patient care, and healthcare leadership. He earned his Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of South Carolina College of Pharmacy in 2002.


Throughout his career, Dr. Winn has held diverse roles that strengthen his expertise in pharmacy practice and healthcare content creation. He began as a regional pharmacy manager in Anderson, SC, where he was recognized with numerous performance and customer service awards. He later co-founded and operated a home delivery pharmacy specializing in diabetic care, and went on to lead pharmacy services for a major hospice provider in South Carolina. In this role, he served as both Director of Pharmacy Services and clinical pharmacist for inpatient and home care, while also mentoring pharmacy students as a preceptor for advanced rotations.


Since 2010, Dr. Winn has provided expert consulting services for national and international healthcare companies. His focus includes pharmacy operations, patient education, telehealth, and the development of medically reviewed content that meets the highest standards of accuracy and trust.

Today, he serves as the Medical Director and Director of Content for several global healthcare platforms, ensuring that all medical and pharmacy-related content is clinically accurate, evidence-based, and aligned with current best practices. All content reviewed by Dr. Winn reflects his deep commitment to patient advocacy, quality care, and health literacy.
