Upcoming U.S. Import Rule Changes – removal of the de minimus exemption.
Starting August 29th, 2025 there will no longer be a duty exemption for low-value packages entering the U.S. This is known as the de minimis exemptionfor goods valued $800 or less. From what we know, after August 29th there may be tariffs applied to orders that are shipped to U.S. addresses, and these tariffs may vary depending on the source country of your order.
Service Level Update
We are happy to announce that we have started to resume shipping and are accepting new orders.
Please note the following important points:
- Currently 6 out of our 9 dispensing partners have resumed shipping. While not all of our partner pharmacies are back online, we anticipate the majority to be operational again soon.
- For any orders that did not get shipped prior to the August 22nd cut-off, we are starting to ship these orders now if that particular pharmacy has resumed shipping.
- If your order is from a pharmacy that is not yet operational, we will contact you with alternate options.
- So far, we are seeing reasonably normal shipping times. This is most likely due to the lower volume of mail that is being processed by U.S. Customs and Border Protection. We will be monitoring shipping times closely as the volume of parcels to the U.S. increases.
- As stated previously, all of our shipments are now being sent with any tariffs (if applicable) pre-paid. Please contact us if you get a notice from U.S. CBP regarding your shipment.
