Important information about Culturelle
The active ingredient in Culturelle is a probiotic strain called Lactobacillus rhamnosus GG (LGG). Probiotics are live bacteria and yeast that have health benefits. Taking Culturelle introduces good bacteria into the digestive system, reducing the amount of bad bacteria. Through this mechanism, Culturelle helps manage gut health, digestive issues, and immune support. It may also help increase immune defense.
