Important information about Gastrocrom
The active ingredient in Gastrocrom is cromolyn sodium, a mast cell stabilizer. It helps by inhibiting the release of histamine and leukotrienes from mast cells, which may help improve gastrointestinal and skin-related symptoms seen in systemic mastocytosis.
