Edarbi

• Known allergy to agents within the same drug class, including valsartan and olmesartan
• Pregnancy
• Are currently taking aliskiren (Tekturna) and have diabetes

This medication can work within a few hours to see an effect on blood pressure; however, it will take a few weeks to achieve adequate blood pressure control.

When Edarbi is taken with other prescription drugs, over-the-counter medications, vitamins, and supplements, it may change how they work or increase the frequency or severity of side effects. • Aliskiren
• Lithium
