Erectile Dysfunction

Triple Powered Liposomal

As-needed oral vial · Sildenafil + tadalafil + vardenafil · Prescription required

One simple vial, when you need it. Triple Powered Liposomal combines three ED medications, sildenafil, tadalafil, and vardenafil, in a single liquid dose. All three improve blood flow to the penis to help you get and keep an erection when you're sexually aroused, but they work on different timelines. It's often considered for people who don't fully respond to one medication alone.

You'll begin the intake process — a 10-minute questionnaire about your health history, medications, and goals. A licensed U.S. provider reviews your questionnaire and prescribes only if medically appropriate. No charge until you're approved. Your provider may recommend a different treatment based on your health history.

What is Triple Powered Liposomal used for?

Providers prescribe it to treat erectile dysfunction (ED), which means trouble getting or keeping an erection firm enough for sex. All three of its ingredients belong to a group of medications called PDE5 inhibitors, the standard and most prescribed type of oral ED treatment.

It only works when you're sexually aroused. It doesn't cause an erection on its own, and it doesn't increase sex drive.

Why three ingredients?

Sildenafil, tadalafil, and vardenafil work in the same way but on different timelines:

  • Sildenafil tends to start working sooner and wears off within hours.
  • Vardenafil also works on a shorter timeline, similar to sildenafil.
  • Tadalafil takes a little longer to start and lasts longer in your body.

Combining them is meant to cover both a quicker start and a longer window. Three ingredients don't mean three times the strength, and it isn't the right choice for everyone. Your provider will decide whether this combination or a simpler option suits you better.

What does liposomal mean?

The medication comes as a liquid, with the ingredients held in tiny fat-based droplets called liposomes. It's a different form from a standard tablet, not a stronger medication.

How do I take it?

Take one vial before sexual activity, as directed on your prescription label. Don't take more than one vial in 24 hours unless your provider tells you to. Always follow your provider's instructions and guidance.

What's included

  • Online consultation and provider review, with no video or phone call needed
  • 10 single-use vials per 4 weeks
  • An initial prescription of up to a 3-month supply, with up to 3 refills, depending on your provider's assessment
  • Access to a clinician at any point for questions

Who qualifies — and who doesn't

Generally, men aged 18 to 85 who have trouble with erections and have had a physical exam with a healthcare provider in the past 3 years may be eligible. A prescription isn't guaranteed. Your provider makes the final decision based on your health history.

You aren't eligible for treatment through this program if any of these apply to you:

  • You use any medication containing nitrates (often prescribed for chest pain or heart conditions)
  • You've had a heart attack or stroke in the past 6 months
  • You have severe or unstable low blood pressure
  • You have severe liver or kidney disease
  • You have certain severe or uncontrolled medical conditions, or a doctor has advised you not to have sex

Side effects and safety

Common side effects are usually mild and may include headache, facial flushing, upset stomach, and a stuffy nose.

Get medical help right away if you have a severe allergic reaction, sudden loss of vision or hearing, or an erection lasting longer than 4 hours (priapism).

Tell your provider about every medication and supplement you take, including other ED treatments and blood pressure medications. Some can interact with these ingredients.

Frequently asked questions

The online process, eligibility, your prescription, and what to expect.

Is this the same as Viagra, Cialis, or Levitra?

It contains sildenafil, the active ingredient in Viagra, tadalafil, the active ingredient in Cialis, and vardenafil, the active ingredient in Levitra, combined in one compounded liquid. It isn't any of those branded medications, and compounded medications are not FDA-approved.

What does “liposomal” mean?

The medication is wrapped in tiny fat-based droplets and comes as a liquid you take by mouth. It’s an alternative for people who’d rather not swallow pills or use injections.

As-needed or daily — what's the difference?

As-needed treatment is taken before sex. Daily treatment, like the Daily Boost Pill, is a lower dose taken every day so you don't have to plan around timing. One isn't simply stronger than the other. Your provider will recommend the approach that suits you.

How is this different from Double Powered Liposomal?

Both are as-needed liquid vials with sildenafil and tadalafil. Triple Powered Liposomal also contains vardenafil, at different strengths. One isn't simply a stronger version of the other, and your provider will recommend the option that suits you.

Can I take it with another ED medication?

Not unless your provider tells you to. The Daily Boost Pill, both Double Powered options and Quadruple Powered Liposomal also contain sildenafil or tadalafil, and combining ED medications can increase side effects. Tell your provider about any ED treatment you use.

How soon will it work?

It varies from person to person. Your provider will tell you how long before sexual activity to take it, and what to expect.

Can I drink alcohol while taking it?

Drinking a lot of alcohol with ED medication can lower your blood pressure and make you dizzy, and alcohol can also make erections harder to get. Talk to your provider about what's safe for you.

Do I need a video visit?

No. This program uses asynchronous telemedicine. You complete an online questionnaire, and a licensed provider reviews your information without a real-time video or phone call.

Who reviews my information?

A licensed healthcare provider with clinical expertise. The provider makes the final decision about your eligibility and treatment plan.

Do I need an in-person exam?

You need to have had a physical exam with a healthcare provider in the past 3 years. You don't need a new exam to start.

Can the dose be changed?

Yes. Your provider may adjust your dose and quantity based on your medical profile, how you respond to treatment, and safety considerations.

How much medication can I get?

Your initial prescription may cover up to a 3-month supply, with the option of up to 3 refills, depending on your provider's assessment.

How do I keep getting treatment?

After your initial supply and refills are used up, you'll complete a follow-up questionnaire. A provider reviews your answers to decide whether ongoing treatment is right for you.

Can I talk to a clinician?

Yes. You can contact a clinician at any point in the process to ask questions or get guidance.

How discreet is this program?

Your consultation is entirely online and asynchronous, so there's no appointment, waiting room, or call to schedule.

Will my information be private?

Yes. The service follows HIPAA-compliant security and privacy standards to keep your personal information safe and confidential.

What if I don't qualify?

If the provider decides treatment isn't safe or appropriate based on your medical information, you'll be notified. Your provider may suggest speaking with your own doctor about other options.

What this isn't

Online care doesn't fit every situation. Here is where it stops.

  • Not a replacement for your primary care provider as ED can sometimes be linked to heart, blood sugar, or hormone conditions, so keep up with regular checkups
  • Not something that creates arousal or increases sex drive on its own
  • Not emergency care — if something's wrong, call 911 or go to an emergency room
  • Not available in every state, and not appropriate for everyone
  • Not a guarantee of a prescription — your provider decides, and may say no
  • 25+Years serving patients globally
  • 3M+Prescriptions filled
