Triple Powered Pill
As-needed tablet · Sildenafil + tadalafil + apomorphine · Prescription required
One simple tablet, when you need it, with three active ingredients. Two ED medications, sildenafil and tadalafil, improve blood flow to the penis. Sildenafil tends to start working sooner, while tadalafil lasts longer. Apomorphine works in the brain to support the arousal response. Together, they're designed to support both the physical and mental sides of getting an erection.
6 tablets per 4 weeks
One tablet before sexual activity, as needed. Available as sildenafil 55 mg + tadalafil 11 mg + apomorphine 2 mg, or sildenafil 110 mg + tadalafil 22 mg + apomorphine 2 mg. Your provider decides which strength is right for you.

Same treatment on every plan. Longer plans cost less per 4 weeks, and you’re charged for the full term. You choose your plan during intake, once a provider approves treatment.
You'll begin the intake process — a 10-minute questionnaire about your health history, medications, and goals. A licensed U.S. provider reviews your questionnaire and prescribes only if medically appropriate. No charge until you're approved. Your provider may recommend a different treatment based on your health history.
What is the Triple Powered Pill used for?
This combination may be prescribed to treat erectile dysfunction (ED) by improving blood flow to the penis while also supporting the brain signals involved in sexual arousal. Together, the ingredients can help make it easier to get and maintain an erection when sexually stimulated.
Why three ingredients?
- Sildenafil helps blood flow to the penis and tends to start working sooner.
- Tadalafil works in the same way but lasts longer in your body.
- Apomorphine acts on the brain's dopamine system, which plays a part in sexual arousal.
Three ingredients don't mean three times the strength, and more ingredients isn't the right choice for everyone. Your provider will decide whether this combination or a simpler option suits you better.
How is this different from the Double Powered Pill?
Both are as-needed tablets with sildenafil and tadalafil at the same strengths. The Triple Powered Pill also contains apomorphine, which works on the brain's arousal response rather than blood flow. One isn't simply a stronger version of the other, and your provider will recommend the option that suits you.
How do I take it?
Take one tablet before sexual activity, as directed on your prescription label. Don't take more than one tablet in 24 hours unless your provider tells you to. Always follow your provider's instructions and guidance.
What's included
- Online consultation and provider review, with no video or phone call needed
- 6 or 12 tablets per 4 weeks, depending on your plan
- An initial prescription of up to a 3-month supply, with up to 3 refills, depending on your provider's assessment
- Access to a clinician at any point for questions
Who qualifies — and who doesn't
Generally, men aged 18 to 85 who have trouble with erections and have had a physical exam with a healthcare provider in the past 3 years may be eligible. A prescription isn't guaranteed. Your provider makes the final decision based on your health history.
You aren't eligible for treatment through this program if any of these apply to you:
- You use any medication containing nitrates (often prescribed for chest pain or heart conditions)
- You've had a heart attack or stroke in the past 6 months
- You have severe or unstable low blood pressure
- You have severe liver or kidney disease
- You have certain severe or uncontrolled medical conditions, or a doctor has advised you not to have sex
Side effects and safety
Common side effects are usually mild and may include headache, facial flushing, upset stomach, nausea, dizziness, and yawning.
Get medical help right away if you have a severe allergic reaction, sudden loss of vision or hearing, or an erection lasting longer than 4 hours (priapism).
Apomorphine can cause dizziness or fainting in some people, so sit or lie down if you feel lightheaded. Tell your provider about every medication and supplement you take, including other ED treatments, blood pressure medications, and anti-nausea medications. Some can interact with these ingredients.
Prescription required. A licensed healthcare provider will review your medical questionnaire and prescribe treatment only if medically appropriate. Individual results vary. Frequently asked questions
The online process, eligibility, your prescription and what to expect.
Is this the same as Viagra or Cialis?
It contains sildenafil, the active ingredient in Viagra, and tadalafil, the active ingredient in Cialis, along with apomorphine, combined in one compounded tablet. It isn't any of those branded medications, and compounded medications are not FDA-approved.
As-needed or daily — what's the difference?
As-needed treatment is taken before sex. Daily treatment, like the Daily Boost Pill, is a lower dose taken every day so you don't have to plan around timing. One isn't simply stronger than the other. Your provider will recommend the approach that suits you.
Which plan should I choose?
Both plans include the same tablets. The 12-tablet plan costs less per tablet ($13 vs. $17) and suits people who expect to use it more often. You can talk to your provider about changing your quantity later.
Can I take it with another ED medication?
Not unless your provider tells you to. The other ED treatments listed below also contain sildenafil, tadalafil, or both, and combining ED medications can increase side effects. Tell your provider about any ED treatment you use.
How soon will it work?
It varies from person to person. Your provider will tell you how long before sexual activity to take it, and what to expect.
Can I drink alcohol while taking it?
Drinking a lot of alcohol with ED medication can lower your blood pressure and make you dizzy, and alcohol can also make erections harder to get. Talk to your provider about what's safe for you.
Do I need a video visit?
No. This program uses asynchronous telemedicine. You complete an online questionnaire, and a licensed provider reviews your information without a real-time video or phone call.
Who reviews my information?
A licensed healthcare provider with clinical expertise. The provider makes the final decision about your eligibility and treatment plan.
Do I need an in-person exam?
You need to have had a physical exam with a healthcare provider in the past 3 years. You don't need a new exam to start.
Can the dose be changed?
Yes. Your provider may adjust your dose and quantity based on your medical profile, how you respond to treatment, and safety considerations.
How much medication can I get?
Your initial prescription may cover up to a 3-month supply, with the option of up to 3 refills, depending on your provider's assessment.
How do I keep getting treatment?
After your initial supply and refills are used up, you'll complete a follow-up questionnaire. A provider reviews your answers to decide whether ongoing treatment is right for you.
Can I talk to a clinician?
Yes. You can contact a clinician at any point in the process to ask questions or get guidance.
How discreet is this program?
Your consultation is entirely online and asynchronous, so there's no appointment, waiting room, or call to schedule.
Will my information be private?
Yes. The service follows HIPAA-compliant security and privacy standards to keep your personal information safe and confidential.
What if I don't qualify?
If the provider decides treatment isn't safe or appropriate based on your medical information, you'll be notified. Your provider may suggest speaking with your own doctor about other options.

Online care doesn't fit every situation. Here is where it stops.
- Not a replacement for your primary care provider as ED can sometimes be linked to heart, blood sugar, or hormone conditions, so keep up with regular checkups
- Not something that creates arousal or increases sex drive on its own
- Not emergency care — if something's wrong, call 911 or go to an emergency room
- Not available in every state, and not appropriate for everyone
- Not a guarantee of a prescription — your provider decides, and may say no
- 25+Years serving patients globally
