Energy, Strength & Longevity

Cellular Recharge Injection(NAD+)

Twice-weekly injection · NAD+ coenzyme · Prescription required

NAD+ is a coenzyme found throughout the body. Your mitochondria need it to turn food into energy, and it's also used in DNA repair. NAD+ levels may decline in some tissues as we age. This prescription NAD+ injection is a physician-supervised way to support cellular energy, focus, and recovery as part of a healthy-ageing routine.

What happens when you click

You'll begin the intake process — a 10-minute questionnaire about your health history, medications, and goals. A licensed U.S. provider reviews your questionnaire and prescribes only if medically appropriate. No charge until you're approved. Your provider may recommend a different treatment based on your health history.

What is NAD+ injection used for?

Providers prescribe NAD+ as part of a supervised healthy-ageing plan, aimed at supporting cellular energy production, mental clarity, and recovery. Because NAD+ works inside the cell rather than on one specific system, people describe its effects in broad terms rather than as treatment for a particular condition.

It is not a treatment for any diagnosed disease, and it doesn't replace good sleep or nutrition.

Why an injection?

Oral NAD+ is largely broken down in the digestive system before it reaches your cells. An injection delivers NAD+ itself, bypassing digestion.

A small under-the-skin injection twice a week takes a few minutes at home, with no clinic visit or IV drip.

How does dosing work?

You inject twice a week, spaced a few days apart (for example, Monday and Thursday). Your provider sets your dose based on your health history and may start lower to see how you tolerate it, then adjust at your follow-up review. Always follow the instructions and guidance from your provider.

What's included?

  • Provider review and individual treatment plan
  • NAD+ vial(s) for 8 injections, shipped every 4 weeks
  • Syringes, alcohol swabs, and step-by-step injection instructions
  • Sterility and endotoxin testing by our licensed pharmacy partner
  • Unlimited clinician messaging and 24/7 patient support
  • Free 2-day shipping

Who qualifies — and who doesn't

Adults 18 and over in eligible U.S. states. Your provider reviews your full history and current medications before prescribing, and may decide it isn't appropriate for you.

It isn't suitable if you're pregnant, trying to become pregnant, or breastfeeding, unless your provider has evaluated you further.

Side effects and safety

Many people tolerate NAD+ well. The most commonly reported effects are redness, bruising or tenderness at the injection site, flushing, nausea and headache. Less often, people report diarrhea, dizziness, muscle cramping or tiredness.

Rotating your injection site helps with skin reactions. If side effects continue, stop and message your clinician. Get emergency care for chest pain, trouble breathing, or swelling of the face or throat.

Prescription required. A licensed healthcare provider will review your medical questionnaire and prescribe treatment only if medically appropriate. Individual results vary. Why people choose NAD+

What people are hoping to support when they start NAD+ as part of a healthy-ageing routine.

  • Cellular energy

NAD+ is needed for your mitochondria to turn food into usable energy, the process that powers your brain, heart, and muscles.

  • Focus and clarity

Your brain is one of the most energy-hungry organs in the body, which is why many people start NAD+ to support focus and mental clarity.

  • Recovery and healthy ageing

NAD+ is used by enzymes involved in DNA repair and how cells respond to stress, processes that slow as levels decline with age.

Human research on NAD+ is still early, and most studies look at oral precursors rather than injected NAD+. Individual experiences vary, and your provider will talk you through what to realistically expect.

What is NAD+?

NAD+ (nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide) is a coenzyme found in every living cell. Your body makes it from forms of vitamin B3 (niacin) and other building blocks.

It's essential for the reactions in your mitochondria, the cell's "energy powerhouses", that turn food into energy. It's also used by enzymes involved in DNA repair and how cells respond to stress. Tissues with high energy demands, like the heart, brain, and muscles, rely on it heavily.

NAD+ levels tend to decline as we age, which is the reason for the interest in supporting them directly.

Is this safe?

It's a fair question to ask. Every prescription is written by a licensed U.S. provider after reviewing your health history, and dispensed by a licensed U.S. pharmacy. Every batch is tested for sterility and endotoxins before it ships.

That's different from "research-grade" NAD+ sold online without a prescription, or IV drips given in unregulated wellness settings.

Do I have to inject myself?

Yes. It's a small under-the-skin injection you give yourself at home, twice a week. Your kit includes everything you need and step-by-step instructions, and your clinician can talk you through your first one.

How is this different from an NAD+ IV drip?

IV drips are given over one to several hours in a clinic. This is a quick injection at home, given twice weekly with no appointments or chair time.

How many injections does it cover?

Each 4-week supply covers 8 injections (two a week). The strength of the dose will come directly from the provider. Your prescription label and instructions show exactly how much to draw up for each injection.

I already use NAD+ from somewhere else. Can I switch?

Yes. You'll still complete a visit with a licensed provider, who will write a new prescription if it's right for you. Tell them the product you use, your dose, and how often you take it, and they'll use that to decide your plan.

Strengths vary between pharmacies, so your dose may be written differently from what you're used to. Follow the instructions on your new label, and message your clinician if anything is unclear.

How soon will I notice anything?

It varies. Some people say they notice a difference in energy within the first few weeks, others more gradually, and some don't notice a clear change. Your provider will check in on how you're finding it and whether it's worth continuing.

How do I store it?

Keep your vials in the fridge and out of direct light.

How do I pay?

No insurance is needed. You pay one flat price of $199 every 4 weeks, charged only once a provider approves your treatment. You can pause, skip, or delay a shipment from your account at any time before your next order is placed.

What if I don't qualify?

You won't be charged. Your provider may suggest an alternative, or explain why treatment isn't appropriate for you right now.

What if I want to stop?

Cancel any time, for any reason. The one exception is a period where your medication has already been ordered.
