Metabolism Boost Injection(B12 + MIC)

Weekly injection · Vitamin B12 + MIC · Prescription required

A once-weekly injection that combines vitamin B12 with three nutrients known as MIC: methionine, inositol, and choline. B12 helps your body turn food into energy, and MIC nutrients help support normal metabolism, including how your body processes fats and responds to insulin. They also play important roles in liver, brain, and nerve function. It's a popular add-on for people focused on energy, metabolism, and weight management.

What happens when you click

You'll begin the intake process — a 10-minute questionnaire about your health history, medications, and goals. A licensed U.S. provider reviews your questionnaire and prescribes only if medically appropriate. No charge until you're approved. Your provider may recommend a different treatment based on your health history.

What is B12 + MIC used for?

Providers prescribe B12 + MIC to support energy and metabolism, often alongside a weight-management plan. Each ingredient has its own job:

  • Vitamin B12 helps your body turn food into energy and make healthy red blood cells.
  • Methionine is an amino acid your body uses to build proteins and other important compounds involved in metabolism.
  • Inositol helps your cells communicate and plays a role in how your body responds to insulin.
  • Choline may help your liver move fat out of the body and supports normal brain and nerve function.

It is not a weight-loss medication on its own, and it doesn't replace healthy eating, activity, or treatment for a medical condition.

Why an injection?

Some people don't absorb B12 well from food or tablets, especially as they get older or if they take certain medications. An injection delivers it directly, without relying on your digestive system.

That doesn't make it a stronger dose of the same thing. Whether an injection or an oral supplement suits you better depends on your health history, and your provider can help you decide.

How do I take it?

You give yourself one small injection at home once a week, ideally on the same day each week. Your provider sets your dose based on your health history. Always follow your provider's instructions and guidance.

Why people choose B12 + MIC

What people are hoping to support when they add B12 + MIC to their routine.

  • Energy

B12 is essential for turning food into energy. If your levels are low, topping them up can help with tiredness.

  • Metabolism

Methionine, inositol and choline each play a part in how your body processes and moves fat.

  • Support for your plan

A simple weekly add-on for people already working on their nutrition, activity or weight-management goals.

Individual results vary. B12 + MIC works best alongside healthy habits, and your provider will talk you through what to realistically expect.

Frequently asked questions

Plans, injections, using it with other treatments, and what happens if you don't qualify.

Is B12 + MIC a weight-loss treatment?

Not on its own. It's often used as an add-on within a weight-management plan to support energy and metabolism, but it isn't a replacement for weight-loss medication, diet, or exercise.

Can I use it with a weight-loss medication?

Many people do. Tell your provider about every medication you take, including GLP-1 treatments, and they'll decide whether adding B12 + MIC is right for you.

Will it help if my B12 levels are normal?

People who are low in B12 tend to notice the biggest difference in energy. If your levels are already normal, you may notice less. Your provider can talk you through what to expect based on your health history.

Which plan should I choose?

Every plan includes the same treatment. Longer plans cost less per 4 weeks, from $145 on the 4-week plan down to $109 on the 52-week plan. The 4-week plan is a good fit if you'd like to try it first.

How many injections does each shipment cover?

Each shipment will contain 4 weeks of treatment (4 weekly injections). The strength of the dose will come directly from the provider. Your prescription label and instructions show exactly how much to use for each injection.

Do I have to inject myself?

Yes. It's a small injection you give yourself at home once a week, and your clinician can talk you through your first one.

I already get B12 shots somewhere else. Can I switch?

Yes. You'll still complete a visit with a licensed provider, who will write a new prescription if it's right for you. Tell them the product you use, your dose, and how often you take it, and they'll use that to decide your plan.

Strengths vary between pharmacies, so your dose may be written differently from what you're used to. Follow the instructions on your new label, and message your clinician if anything is unclear.

Can I use it with other longevity treatments, like NAD+?

Possibly. Tell your provider about everything you take, and they'll decide which treatments make sense together for you.

How soon will I notice anything?

It varies. Some people say they notice a difference in energy within a few weeks, others more gradually, and some don't notice a clear change. Your provider will check in on how you're finding it and whether it's worth continuing.

How do I pay?

No insurance is needed. You pay one flat price for the plan you choose.

What if I don't qualify?

Your provider may suggest an alternative, or explain why treatment isn't appropriate for you right now.

What if I want to stop?

Cancel any time, for any reason. The one exception is a period where your medication has already been ordered.
