Cellular Recharge Nasal Spray(NAD+)
Daily nasal spray · NAD+ coenzyme · Prescription required
NAD+ is a coenzyme found throughout the body. Your mitochondria need it to turn food into energy, and it's also used in DNA repair. NAD+ levels may decline in some tissues as we age. This prescription NAD+ nasal spray is a needle-free, once-daily way to support cellular energy, focus, and recovery as part of a healthy-aging routine.
4-week plan
One spray routine a day, as directed by your provider. Same treatment on every plan; longer plans cost less per 4 weeks.

- 12 weeks$169$507 total
- 24 weeks$149$894 total
- 52 weeks$109$1,417 total
Same treatment on every plan. Longer plans cost less per 4 weeks, and you’re charged for the full term. You choose your plan during intake, once a provider approves treatment.
You'll begin the intake process — a 10-minute questionnaire about your health history, medications, and goals. A licensed U.S. provider reviews your questionnaire and prescribes only if medically appropriate. No charge until you're approved. Your provider may recommend a different treatment based on your health history.
What is NAD+ nasal spray used for?
Providers prescribe NAD+ as part of a supervised healthy-aging plan, aimed at supporting cellular energy production, mental clarity, and recovery. Because NAD+ works inside the cell rather than on one specific system, people describe its effects in broad terms rather than as treatment for a particular condition.
It is not a treatment for any diagnosed disease, and it doesn't replace good sleep or nutrition.
Nasal spray or injection — which should I choose?
Both deliver NAD+ without relying on digestion, but they aren't interchangeable. The nasal spray is designed to be absorbed through the lining of your nose and is used once a day with no needles. The injection is given twice a week and delivers NAD+ directly into your body.
One isn't simply a stronger or weaker version of the other, and research on both is still early. Your provider will recommend the option that suits you, and whether it makes sense to use one alone or alongside the other.
How do I take it?
Use your spray once a day, at about the same time each day, as directed on your prescription label. Gently blowing your nose first can help. Your provider sets your dose based on your health history. Always follow your provider's instructions and guidance.
What's included
- Provider review and individual treatment plan
- Medication for your plan, shipped to your door
- Unlimited clinician messaging and 24/7 patient support
Who qualifies — and who doesn't
Adults 18 and over in eligible U.S. states. Your provider reviews your full history and current medications before prescribing, and may decide it isn't appropriate for you.
It isn't suitable if you're pregnant, trying to become pregnant, or breastfeeding, unless your provider has evaluated you further.
Side effects and safety
Many people tolerate NAD+ well. With a nasal spray, the most likely effects are mild irritation, stuffiness, a runny nose, or sneezing. Some people also report flushing, nausea, or headache.
If side effects continue, stop and message your clinician. Get emergency care for chest pain, trouble breathing, or swelling of the face or throat.
Prescription required. A licensed healthcare provider will review your medical questionnaire and prescribe treatment only if medically appropriate. Individual results vary. Why people choose NAD+
What people are hoping to support when they start NAD+ as part of a healthy-aging routine.

Cellular energy
NAD+ is needed for your cells to turn food into usable energy, the process that powers your brain, heart, and muscles.

Focus and clarity
Your brain is one of the most energy-hungry organs in the body, which is why many people start NAD+ to support focus and mental clarity.

Recovery and healthy aging
NAD+ is used in DNA repair and in how cells respond to stress, processes that slow as levels decline with age.
Research on NAD+ in people is still early, and most studies have looked at oral supplements that help the body make NAD+, rather than nasal or injected NAD+. Individual experiences vary, and your provider will talk you through what to realistically expect.
Frequently asked questions
Safety, plans, switching, using it with other treatments and what happens if you don't qualify.
Is this safe?
It's a fair question to ask. Every prescription is written by a licensed U.S. provider after reviewing your health history and is prepared by an accredited compounding pharmacy.
That's different from "research-grade" NAD+ sold online without a prescription, or IV drips given in unregulated wellness settings.
How is this different from an NAD+ IV drip?
IV drips are given over one to several hours in a clinic. This is a quick daily spray at home, with no needles, appointments, or chair time.
Which plan should I choose?
Every plan includes the same treatment. Longer plans cost less per 4 weeks, from $229 on the 4-week plan down to $109 on the 52-week plan. The 4-week plan is a good fit if you'd like to try it first.
How long does each bottle last?
Each bottle will contain 4 weeks of treatment when taken once daily. The strength of the dose will come directly from the provider. Your prescription label and instructions show exactly how many sprays to use.
I already use NAD+ from somewhere else. Can I switch?
Yes. You'll still complete a visit with a licensed provider, who will write a new prescription if it's right for you. Tell them the product you use, your dose and how often you take it, and they'll use that to decide your plan.
Strengths vary between pharmacies, so your dose may be written differently from what you're used to. Follow the instructions on your new label, and message your clinician if anything is unclear.
Can I use it with the NAD+ injection or other treatments?
Possibly, but not typically with other NAD+ containing products. Tell your provider about everything you take, and they'll decide which treatments make sense together for you.
How soon will I notice anything?
It varies. Some people say they notice a difference in energy within the first few weeks, others more gradually, and some don't notice a clear change. Your provider will check in on how you're finding it and whether it's worth continuing.
How do I pay?
No insurance is needed. You pay one flat price for the plan you choose.
What if I don't qualify?
Your provider may suggest an alternative, or explain why treatment isn't appropriate for you right now.
What if I want to stop?
Cancel any time, for any reason. The one exception is a period where your medication has already been ordered.
