Peak Recovery Injection(Sermorelin)

Bedtime injection · Supports natural growth hormone production · Prescription required

Sermorelin is a lab-made version of a hormone your brain already produces, which signals your pituitary gland to release its own growth hormone. Growth hormone levels naturally fall with age. Sermorelin may support lean muscle, healthy aging, sleep quality, and energy production, and it's typically taken before bed to match your body's natural overnight cycle.

What happens when you click

You'll begin the intake process — a 10-minute questionnaire about your health history, medications, and goals. A licensed U.S. provider reviews your questionnaire and prescribes only if medically appropriate. No charge until you're approved. Your provider may recommend a different treatment based on your health history.

What is sermorelin used for?

Providers prescribe sermorelin as part of a supervised healthy-aging plan. It works by prompting your pituitary gland, a small gland at the base of your brain, to release more of your own growth hormone. Growth hormone plays a role in muscle, sleep, energy, and how your body uses fat.

It is not a treatment for any diagnosed disease, and it doesn't replace good sleep, nutrition, and exercise.

Why before bed?

Your body releases most of its growth hormone during deep sleep. Taking sermorelin before bed is meant to work with that natural overnight rhythm.

How do I take it?

You give yourself a small injection at home, usually in the evening before bed. Your provider sets your dose and how often you take it based on your health history. Always follow your provider's instructions and guidance.

What's included

  • Provider review and individual treatment plan
  • Medication for your plan, shipped to your door
  • Unlimited clinician messaging and 24/7 patient support

Who qualifies — and who doesn't

Adults 18 and over in eligible U.S. states. Your provider reviews your full history and current medications before prescribing, and may decide it isn't appropriate for you.

Sermorelin may not be suitable if you're pregnant or breastfeeding, have active cancer or a history of cancer, or have an allergy to sermorelin. Tell your provider about every condition and medication at intake.

Side effects and safety

The most common side effects include irritation, itching, tenderness, swelling, pain, or redness at the injection site. Less common side effects include dizziness, flushing of the face or neck, headache, nausea, rash, sleepiness, taste changes, trouble swallowing, and restlessness. These usually last a short time.

If side effects get worse, stop taking it and message your clinician. Call 911 and get emergency care if you have signs of a severe allergic reaction, such as swelling of the lips, tongue, or face, or trouble breathing.

Prescription required. A licensed healthcare provider will review your medical questionnaire and prescribe treatment only if medically appropriate. Individual results vary. Why people choose sermorelin

What people are hoping to support when they start sermorelin as part of a healthy-aging routine.

  • Recovery and lean muscle

Growth hormone helps your body repair and maintain muscle, which is why many people use sermorelin to support recovery and strength.

  • Deeper sleep

Taken before bed, sermorelin works alongside your body's natural overnight growth hormone release.

  • Steady energy

Many people start sermorelin hoping to feel more energetic as growth hormone levels decline with age.

Results vary from person to person, and research on sermorelin for healthy aging is still limited. Your provider will talk you through what to realistically expect.

Frequently asked questions

How sermorelin compares, plans, injections, and what happens if you don't qualify.

Is sermorelin the same as growth hormone (HGH)?

No. Sermorelin isn't growth hormone. It signals your pituitary gland to release more of your own growth hormone, so your body stays in control of how much it makes. Your provider can explain whether it's a good fit for you.

Is sermorelin used for weight loss?

It isn't a weight-loss treatment. Growth hormone plays a role in how your body uses fat and builds muscle, so some people notice changes in body composition, but results vary, and it works best alongside healthy eating and exercise.

Which plan should I choose?

Every plan includes the same treatment. Longer plans cost less per 4 weeks, from $229 on the 4-week plan down to $109 on the 52-week plan. The 4-week plan is a good fit if you'd like to try it first.

How many injections does each shipment cover?

The strength of the dose and how often you inject will come directly from the provider. Your prescription label and instructions show exactly how much to use and when.

Do I have to inject myself?

Yes. It's a small injection you give yourself at home, and your clinician can talk you through your first one.

I already use Sermorelin from somewhere else. Can I switch?

Yes. You'll still complete a visit with a licensed provider, who will write a new prescription if it's right for you. Tell them the product you use, your dose, and how often you take it, and they'll use that to decide your plan.

Strengths vary between pharmacies, so your dose may be written differently from what you're used to. Follow the instructions on your new label, and message your clinician if anything is unclear.

Can I use it with other treatments, like NAD+ or B12 + MIC?

Possibly. Tell your provider about everything you take, and they'll decide which treatments make sense together for you.

How soon will I notice anything?

It varies. Some people notice changes in sleep within the first few weeks, while changes in energy or body composition usually take longer, and some people don't notice a clear change. Your provider will check in on how you're finding it and whether it's worth continuing.

How do I pay?

No insurance is needed. You pay one flat price for the plan you choose.

What if I don't qualify?

Your provider may suggest an alternative, or explain why treatment isn't appropriate for you right now.

What if I want to stop?

Cancel any time, for any reason. The one exception is a period where your medication has already been ordered.
