Cellular Recharge Liposomal(NAD+)
Daily oral liposomal · NAD+ coenzyme · Prescription required
NAD+ is a coenzyme found in every cell in your body. Your cells need it to turn food into energy, and it's also used in DNA repair. Levels fall as we age. This liposomal NAD+ wraps each molecule in a thin protective fat layer, designed to help more of it get through digestion than a standard oral supplement. It's a simple, needle-free daily way to support cellular energy, metabolism, and repair as part of a healthy-aging routine.
4-week plan
One daily dose by mouth, as directed by your provider. Same treatment on every plan; longer plans cost less per 4 weeks.

Same treatment on every plan. Longer plans cost less per 4 weeks, and you’re charged for the full term. You choose your plan during intake, once a provider approves treatment.
You'll begin the intake process — a 10-minute questionnaire about your health history, medications, and goals. A licensed U.S. provider reviews your questionnaire and prescribes only if medically appropriate. No charge until you're approved. Your provider may recommend a different treatment based on your health history.
What is liposomal NAD+ used for?
Providers prescribe NAD+ as part of a supervised healthy-aging plan, aimed at supporting cellular energy production, mental clarity and recovery. Because NAD+ works inside the cell rather than on one specific system, people describe its effects in broad terms rather than as treatment for a particular condition.
It is not a treatment for any diagnosed disease, and it doesn't replace good sleep, nutrition or looking into a medical cause of tiredness.
What does liposomal mean?
NAD+ taken by mouth is largely broken down during digestion before it reaches your cells. In this liposomal form, NAD+ is wrapped in tiny fat-based bubbles called liposomes, which are designed to protect it on the way through your digestive system.
Research on how much liposomal NAD+ reaches your cells is still limited.
Liposomal, nasal spray or injection — which should I choose?
All three contain NAD+, but they aren't interchangeable. The liposomal form is taken by mouth once a day, the nasal spray is used once a day through the nose, and the injection is given twice a week. None of them is simply a stronger or weaker version of the others.
If you'd rather avoid needles, the liposomal and nasal options are both needle-free. Your provider will recommend the option that suits you, and whether it makes sense to use one alone or alongside another.
How do I take it?
Take your dose by mouth once a day, at about the same time each day, as directed on your prescription label. Your provider sets your dose based on your health history. Always follow the instructions and guidance from your provider.
What's included
- Provider review and individual treatment plan
- Medication for your plan, shipped to your door

Who qualifies — and who doesn't
Adults 18 and over in eligible U.S. states. Your provider reviews your full history and current medications before prescribing, and may decide it isn't appropriate for you.

Side effects and safety
Many people tolerate NAD+ well. Reported effects can include mild stomach upset, nausea, flushing or headache.

Why people choose NAD+
What people are hoping to support when they start NAD+ as part of a healthy-aging routine.

Cellular energy
NAD+ is needed for your cells to turn food into usable energy, the process that powers your brain, heart and muscles.

Focus and clarity
Your brain is one of the most energy-hungry organs in the body, which is why many people start NAD+ to support focus and mental clarity.

Recovery and healthy aging
NAD+ is used in DNA repair and in how cells respond to stress, processes that slow as levels decline with age.
Research on NAD+ in people is still early, and most studies have looked at oral supplements that help the body make NAD+, rather than liposomal, nasal or injected NAD+. Individual experiences vary, and your provider will talk you through what to realistically expect.
Frequently asked questions
Safety, plans, switching, using it with other treatments and what happens if you don't qualify.
Is this safe?
It's a fair question to ask. Every prescription is written by a licensed U.S. provider after reviewing your health history, and prepared by an accredited compounding pharmacy.
That's different from "research-grade" NAD+ sold online without a prescription, or IV drips given in unregulated wellness settings.
What does “liposomal” mean?
The medication is wrapped in tiny fat-based droplets and comes as a liquid you take by mouth. It’s an alternative for people who’d rather not swallow pills or use injections.
How is this different from an NAD+ IV drip?
IV drips are given over one to several hours in a clinic. This is a simple daily dose at home, with no needles, appointments or chair time.
Which plan should I choose?
Every plan includes the same treatment. Longer plans cost less per 4 weeks, from $229 on the 4-week plan down to $109 on the 52-week plan. The 4-week plan is a good fit if you'd like to try it first.
How long does each bottle last?
Each 4 weeks of treatment covers your daily dose. Strength of the dose will come directly from the provider. Your prescription label and instructions show exactly how much to take.
I already use NAD+ from somewhere else. Can I switch?
Yes. You'll still complete a visit with a licensed provider, who will write a new prescription if it's right for you. Tell them the product you use, your dose and how often you take it, and they'll use that to decide your plan.
Strengths vary between pharmacies, so your dose may be written differently from what you're used to. Follow the instructions on your new label, and message your clinician if anything is unclear.
Can I use it with the NAD+ injection, nasal spray or other treatments?
Possibly. Tell your provider about everything you take, and they'll decide which treatments make sense together for you.
How soon will I notice anything?
It varies. Some people say they notice a difference in energy within the first few weeks, others more gradually, and some don't notice a clear change. Your provider will check in on how you're finding it and whether it's worth continuing.
How do I pay?
No insurance is needed. You pay one flat price for the plan you choose.
What if I don't qualify?
Your provider may suggest an alternative, or explain why treatment isn't appropriate for you right now.
What if I want to stop?
Cancel any time, for any reason. The one exception is a period where your medication has already been ordered.
