• Known hypersensitivity or allergic reactions to diclofenac, other NSAIDs, or any of the excipients in the suppository.
• A history of asthma attacks, hives, or other allergic-type reactions after taking acetylsalicylic acid or other NSAIDs.
• Use for pain right before or after heart surgery.
• Active gastrointestinal bleeding or severe stomach ulcers.
