Indocin Suppository

• Previous coronary artery bypass graft (CABG) surgery.
• NSAIDs cause an increased risk of serious gastrointestinal (GI) adverse events.

• Previous hypersensitivity/allergic reaction to indomethacin or any ingredients of the drug product.
• History of asthma, urticaria, or other allergic-type reactions after taking aspirin or other NSAIDs.
• In the setting of CABG surgery.
• In patients with a history of proctitis or recent rectal bleeding.

When Indocin Suppository is taken with other prescription drugs, over-the-counter medications, vitamins, and supplements, it may change how they work or increase the frequency or severity of side effects.
